Grant had to take a trip for work so I...cooked some shrimp.
Yummy as usual :)
A colleague at work gave me a couple of zucchini's from her garden.
And I got everything ready to make a chocolate zucchini cake.
But ran out of time so will have to get some baking in this weekend.
I also tried out some paint colors on the primed bedroom wall upstairs :)
I took these pics while the paints were still wet will take some more once they are completely dry.
They look a little different when they dry and in different lights.
Will have to see how it looks when the sun sets.

The long horizontal strip on the top is the main color throughout the house.
The the darker gray and the light green on the right are also colors from the first floor.
Oh and the dark brown color of the bottom is the same color we used to paint
squares in our dining area. Looks different here doesn't it?
We would like to carry them onto the second level.
The rest are new colors the beige and tans have been picked just for the three bedrooms.
I love picking and trying out new paint colors....its sooo FUN!
I think I have my favorites will have to wait till tomorrow to see what Grant thinks...
