We decided to get some carrots for baby Z to try...
turns out the unprocessed whole carrots only come in
a 3lb size quantity
So after using 2 carrots to make her food...
there were enough carrots left to cut up to munch on...
But that was not the end of the carrots
so decided to make a carrot cake
or cupcakes....
Not enough room in the oven so tried making the rest in the toaster oven
It came out great!
And there were too many for just two mouths
so froze half
And made some cream cheese frosting
for the rest
YUMMY!
