Started off with the 3rd bedroom (smallest one). It involved ugly wall paper removal and a lot of primer. Wiki of-course was his helpful self never leaving my side :)
And so it began....
First peeling off the upper layer then soaking the glued paper with a lot of vinegar...
Grant and his wall paper scrapping off skills...

Then puttied-sanded and washed all the walls...
The next morning I woke-up to find all the trim primed.
Grant was trying to make-up for the night before when he left me upstairs to get
a drink of water and never came back - ended up watching TV instead :/
Mister Smarty pants! got us a good start though...
Then the door came off...
Then we laid out all the plastic...
Yaaah the yellow ceiling turning white...awesome!
Bubyeeee yucky colors...oh and the trim is getting all white too...
Two coats later... a blank canvas...
we decided not to mess with the closet for now...
The next time you see this room....it will be playfully colorful :)
Wait for it...might not happen till this weekend.
goodness that room was ugly to start with! it looks soooooo much better now that it is a blank canvas :)
