Monday night we finally got the kitchen cleaned (mostly). We bought this $2 organic cleaner from Lowes just cause we needed something to clean with, thought we would try out organic and we liked the shape of the bottle :). It is pretty much a solution of vinegar and citric acid and it smells like it to. But it does a pretty good job cleaning up grease and picking up dirt.
We are finally taking out things we have had packed away for years...including our wedding presents :)
Our Wustof knives are finally out. They are the best knives we have come across after trying too many!
And then there was food. After a month this was a very satisfying meal.
Here is our never ending 'TO DO LIST', which we are chipping away at slowly....
Tonight we got one more thing off our list...painted the curtain rods in a nice Grey which will go great against our green kitchen wall. I put screws through a box and placed all the small fixtures to stand upright so that we could get 360 coverage without having to move or touch them

We put a box together to hold the rods so that the paint didn't get sprayed everywhere.
We will see how they look tomorrow
